Fifteen private investors backing Utah entrepreneurs. We collaborate, but invest individually.
Since formation in May 1998, UtahAngels have invested $16 million in thirty nine companies. Previously, among us we made private investments in hundreds of companies.
We are all knowledgeable active investors, and former or current entrepreneurs ourselves.
What We Do
Invest from $50,000 to $2,000,000 as equity or convertible debt.
Assist in securing next stage financing from a venture capital firm, from private sources, or from an IPO.
